Zenith Broadband Services Pvt Ltd is a registered Internet Service Provider (ISP) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. All broadband and communication services are provided under the registered brand name “Zenith Broadband”.
The term “Customer” refers to any individual or entity who subscribes to Zenith Broadband’s services after completing necessary registration formalities. “CPE” refers to any Customer Premises Equipment supplied by Zenith Broadband for use with its services.
Zenith Broadband reserves the right to disconnect or suspend any customer account found to misuse, abuse, or intentionally disrupt the network or violate applicable laws. The customer is solely responsible for lawful use of services and equipment assigned to them.
Zenith Broadband also reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment of invoices or failure to comply with the company’s usage policies.
The company reserves the right to revise its tariff, modify network technology, or upgrade infrastructure at its sole discretion to improve service performance.
Zenith Broadband shall not be held responsible for service interruption or failure due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, civil disturbances, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
Zenith Broadband makes no expressed or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted service or data speed. The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from service interruptions, equipment failures, or third-party issues.
The company is not responsible for acts or omissions of distributors, franchisees, or resellers operating independently under separate agreements.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to amendments and regulatory updates issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) from time to time.
