Cancellation Policy

Requests received less than 10 business days prior to the end of the current billing period will apply to the next service cycle.

Refund Policy

We aim to provide the most satisfactory service experience possible. In the event of dissatisfaction, customers may request a refund as per the contractual agreement signed during service initiation.

If payment was made via credit/debit card or payment gateway, refunds will be credited to the same account used for the transaction.

The refund process typically takes 7–10 business days after approval.
